Therapy for Adults & Children

ADULT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychodynamic therapy is an insight-oriented therapy to seek deeper meaning and understanding of a person's long-standing patterns of behavior, emotions, and thinking. This understanding improves relationships and can make life feel more gratifying and less burdensome.

CHILD & ADOLESCENT PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy can be helpful when a child or teen has lost the innate ability to approach daily struggles with their own resilience. Loss of resilience can appear as behavior problems, depression, or anxiety.

The goal of therapy is to reestablish the child's sense of their own advocacy and agency, to repair communication within the family, and help the child grow in acceptance of themselves.
